Call to Order at 9:05 AM

Review of Minutes – The minutes of Aug. 8, 2017 Were unanimously approved.
Outreach Worker report – Twenty-Six Seniors visited in Aug (9 not home); 9 were case management/advocacy; 17 first time visits. @1 phone calls this mo.; 18 case management / advocacy. Full report attached
Consortium Report – Advertising for Outreach worker. Monterey is returning to the consortium
HVES Report - Not much going on.
Treasurers Report - Attached
Upcoming Events
Feisty Fall Feast – Friday Sept. 22 Planning (Plastic plates) menu and work assignments were made.
Entertainment – Rodger is on for the Feast. Sarah the Fiddler and Steve Henderson are on tap for next year.
Old Business
Yoga – Very successful; last session Sept. 14. Final report is attached.
Transportation – 1 Ride this month
Birthday Cards – 14 in Aug. Updated labels were printed
Health Fair – 9-30 – SIGNS were made and posted. Scheduled for Sat Sept. 30 from 10 to 1.
Turning 60 Package – Seniorhood – No progress
Magnets were received and ready for distribution with the file of life cards.
Computer was given to Ruth for Cynthia.
Smoke Alarms distribution is scheduled for Sept. 23
New Business
Christmas Potluck will be discussed with the Selectmen by Ruth.
Formula grant needs to be sent in but Sch. B has not been issued yet.
